Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Our products ship from either our local Finnish warehouse or our international warehouse.

  • Local warehouse: Delivery within 1–2 business days with trackable shipping via PostNord.

  • International warehouse: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days with tracking.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and delays may occur. By completing your order, you agree to these shipping terms.

Important: Orders shipped from our international warehouse may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on our store exclude VAT. If your order ships from our warehouse outside Finland, customs duties or import fees may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

At Sōrave, you can choose to pay after receiving your order with Klarna for maximum convenience.
